Pashion blue satin heels

These are the shoes that convert to flats. The heels twists off and a new heel (or flat) can be added to the shoe. These shoes only have the 2 inch heel but others can be purchased on the webpage. Pretty royal blue color. Some scuffs on the heels and one looks to be a little cracked.
