Pashion Jocelyn heels with 4” block

These are the pashion heels that convert from heel to flat. The shoes come with the 4” heel block, the stelo heel support and the flat cover protectors. It also comes with the instructions on how to switch them back and forth as well as a white carrying case. The shoes have some scuffing on the heel and sides of the heel which is shown in the photos.
