Pashion Footwear - 4" Firework Print Block Heels - Size 9-11

Worn once 4" firework block heels! You can only really tell the wear on the heel! There is some weird yellow stuff on one of the heels near the locking mechanism - I tried getting it off with a rag and water, as well as gently scraping with my nail and scissors. It doesn’t impact the fit of the heel. I adore these but am more of a 3" girl now! Hoping to eventually find a 3" version but I can't justify keeping these since I just don't function in 4" like I used to! These are for pashion 2.0 shoes, sized 9-11 Comes with pashion dust bag but not in heel kit box.
