Party shirt complete with a clutch to match!

This beautiful blue shirt looks plain in the front, but drapes in the back exposing the sequin tube top underneath. The clutch opens up with a zipper at the top and folds back down with a magnetic piece inside. The top is a small and the sequin top underneath is a medium. Both are from Express. The clutch is BCBG.
