this looks vintage 80's to me made in USA? must have been decades ago! bright colorful print self belt stretchy material labeled size large, but it appears to run small in my opinion please see measurements: bust measures 32", but the neckline is open to the waist so you'd have some "play" here waist measures 27" shoulder to crotch length 29" inseam 29.5
