Party dress

Navy party dress with a navy top accented with gold thread and sequins. Sleeves come to mid-arm area. Zip up back with hook and eye closure. Skirt is pleated with a belt. There is a slip under the skirt with some tulle at the bottom to keep the skirts shape. The shell is 58% nylon, 40% polyester, and 2% spandex. It is hand wash, cool iron if needed. Skirt hits at the mid shin area. Only worn one time.
