Party dress

Blue and white stripe top with ruffle detail. Pleated black attached skirt. Skirt is 19" from the top of the black waistband to the hem. Side zipper. There is the slightest of discoloring at the armpit (see last pic). Not visible unless you are really inspecting. Such a fun 👗!
