Party dress!!

Adorable form fitted ballerina-like dress! The top is black and has 1" straps, very soft spandex and stretchy. Then you have the band around mid waist that is elastic as shown in picture #3. The skirt is lined with a thick slip underneath the beautifully layered sheer material! Only worn once for a graduation party! NWOT This dress came right to my knees, the skirt fits like a pencil skirt would. Make me an offer :)
