Party King Angel Halloween Costume Woman's Small w Halo

in great gently used condition comes with the skirt and bustier bra top a Halo and some other accessory as shown in photos not sure what it's for. it says that they medium but I hate to see what a size small looks like because it seems tiny but does have a stretchy elastic waist and adjustable top like on a bra.
