Party Dress Black Silver Color Changing Sequins Sparkle Unique Youth Size 10-11

This is a dark Black and Silver Color changing Sequin Dress. It is just right for a pre-teen who wants to stand out in a crowd. The dress is covered in black and silver sequins that move and change color and you can make pictures on your dress - see the video - oops, I can't get it to play here ...it's over 15 seconds. This could be worn to a formal occasion, to a wedding, to a school party, Christmas party, Holiday, New Years Eve party or any party. It is lined. It has short cap sleeves. There isn't a Zipper but the back closes with one button. MEASUREMENTS taken when the item is laid flat: bust from pit to pit is approx 16" - so approx a 32 - with a little stretch to the fabric Waist from seam to seam approx. 16" Hips from seam to seam approx. 17" Length of dress from shoulder seam to hem approx 32" The size on it is a UK size 10 - 11 years. (see measurements) The fabric is Polyester, recommended hand wash only. Very Good quality in New unused condition without the original tags attached. No stains nor tears that I can see. I purchased this at a British Red Cross shop in the UK. The charity shops in England, as well as the vintage shops, spray a fragrant freshener on all their clothing. You will smell it still when you receive your item. It has not affected the wear-ability of your clothing but only added a pleasing fragrance to it.
