I bought this adorable dress on Amazon and it's to tight in the upper back. It wasn't prime and was shipped from out of Country so its gonna cost me more then the dress was to ship back. Its sooo flattering on and I'm disappointed that it doesn't fit. It's the plum color but posted red so you can see what the back looks like.
