Party Dress Very well made NWOT Black Dress. A classic LBD. This is Tulle for Anthropology with a high round neck and no sleeves. There is an invisible zipper up the back. The material is Black with a black dot detail with a sheen to it almost like champagne. There is a pleat and button detail above the waist that is not an empire but slightly high. Below the waist is a very subtle ruffle and pleating all the way around. Hits just above the knee.
