sorry to ask more, but I don't want to have to return it. I have one similar and it has 2 layers of dress, an under layer thin fabric, longer, and a top layer about 5" shorter... That is how the photo looks (I don't mean ruffles)...
are there 2 hems, like a slip under the dress with the same fabric on the bottom?

@etana_finkler this is one layer, no pockets and no slip. The hem is doubled but otherwise full dress is single layer. Sides have panels. Otherwise simple design
