Parsley & Sage sleeveless one button vest. Colors are black and white with an abstract print. Swing vest with flouncy layered sheer fabric at hem. Longer in front than back. Fabric is 60% cotton/40% rayon and is machine washable. It has a soft medium weight jersey/knit type feel. Tag size small. See measurements because it looks like it would easily fit a size medium also.
