Parker white dress with blue embroidery XS

Very flattering halter dress by Parker from Saks. Made of a thick fabric it really hugs in all the right places. Is perfect for a vacation or an event! Never been worn! Zipper on back is hidden, fabric is a stretch knit. Only thing is that the Parker label is slightly falling off, but could be stitched on easily.
