EUC. Black with yellow, orange and light purple dots on zig zag pattern. Wide, elastic waist band that hits at your natural waist line creates gorgeous fit. Drop sleeve. Sleeve is about 14” long (seam at shoulder to wrist). Buttons up the back. Flat lay measure if sleeve is about 6” (to give an idea of loose nature of sleeve). I’m 5’4@ with average torso length and the ruffles go to mid hip on me.
