Parker embellished dress

Gorgeous black Parker embellished dress. Tunic style fully lined body, sleeves are sheer. Button in the back closure. See close up of embellishment for colors. Bust measures 9 inches, waist measures 19 1/2 inches, hips measure 21 1/2 inches. Excellent condition I see no signs of the beading coming unsecured. The size tag is missing it appears to be a small or medium. If you have any questions please ask!
