Parker & Sky Blue Suede Ankle Boots

Blue suede heeled ankle boots from Parker & Sky. Tasseled straps wrap around the shaft. Worn once, not my daughter's style. There are light marks on the heel and a small spot on the outer right as shown in the photos. 3 1/2" heel Size 8
