Parker Designer Navy Gown

Requisite designer gown purchased in Raleigh, NC at a very upscale boutique. It’s never been worn and altered from a size 8 to a 4-6. Gorgeous elongated pewter sequins create a beautiful pattern on the front. The first layer is a lighter mesh fabric and has many layers under for a full skirt as seen in pics. Top is a racer back style. Bought for a black tie wedding and never got to wear it.
