offtherox @marla_leigh hi! I’m tall, but I can measure it tomorrow from shoulder to floor if you’d like? It’s definitely meant to be long, but it’s silk so also easily hemmed if needed.

offtherox @lizzylangford hi! Bot super low, and straps go on shoulder, while ruffle sleeve/strap can be on shoulder or draped on arm. I prefer it draped :)
