Parker Black and White Party Dress

Adjustable strap, mini party dress. Slight A-line cut. Lined. Measurements (all measured laid flat): Bust 34” Waist 18” Across bottom 21.5” Length 27.5” NOT counting straps which are adjustable and would add up to 6” in length. Condition - Very good. A couple tiny snags on the white (one at the V), the seam on the white part of the left chest looks slightly yellowed. Not sure why as I dry cleaned it before storing it. Great one-time party dress!!
