Hello. I had sent a message asking if you would be able to shop this so I received it by Tuesday, August 30. (I live in Ny)…When I didn’t receive a response I made an offer a day later. You have since countered. I will accept if you could expedite shipping. I am going to use the dress to add shoulder coverage for the same dress that I own and. My tailor needs a few days to work on this.
