Parker BLACK Painterly Floral Fit and Flare Party Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @redbungalow. Purchased for an event but ended up wearing something else, and I can’t justify keeping this in my closet to gather dust. This dress’s pattern and material are beautiful! The cut is really flattering as well, emphasizing an hourglass shape (even for narrow hips like mine). The bust has sewn-in cups, offering more support for fuller busts or padding for smaller ones. They would be trivial to remove if so desired. Questions? Leave a comment below!
