Parisian Tie Back Wrap Maxi Romper Red Paisley

Lined chiffon v-neck romper with a maxi skirt back & back bow. Never worn, but there's a black mark where it got snagged while being carried (see last photo). The 3rd photo is the exact same dress in different prints (it's no longer made so I couldn't find the right one).
