Paris station navy blue top

no stretch Vintage 1970s dark/navy blue ruffled collar and bust shirt by Paris station. Shirt has small holes on some parts took pics so you could see what I mean. all buttons are on the front of the shirt buttons missing on the cuffs. I had planned on removing the sleeves and putting the cuffs on the shoulder area, but I've outgrown the shirt
