Papucei Flocked Leather Boots NWOB

These boots are gorgeous! I bought them in NOLA and they have never been worn (no box!). They are black leather with bronze, a green/blue flocking, a leather covered heel, a leather and net ankle ruffle, and a side zipper. The heel height is approx. 3" and they run true to size.
