Papo d’Anjo pink dress

Papo d’Anjo pink pinafore with white Peter Pan collar. Trimmed with hot pink brickabrack at the collar and arms. Missing one tie, the fabric is all intact, the side seam separated and we lost one of the ties. No stains or tears. The remaining tie could be removed and the dress would look perfect. Size 4
