Papillon swanky velvet jacket!

I absolutely love this jacket! It can also be worn as a tunic over leggings or worn with denim - the sky is the limit! It has every color from the rainbow but still looks sophisticated! Any tank in any color would look really cool underneath it! It has wonderful pockets that don’t add to your hips and are very functional! It’s meant to be used in a manner of ways!
