Papillon navy sheared top high low💐 floral dress

EUC. Only worn once. It’s super soft. It’s a beautiful floral print. It was purchased at a local boutique. Can be dressed down or up. Looks great with wedges or a pair of vans. Super sad this doesn’t fit anymore. Bust at rest 15” stretched 18.5” waist at rest 15” stretched 19.5” length high 36” low 47”.
