Papillon Los Angeles Skirt, Size XL (Medium), off-white with pastel sequins

Vintage STUNNER This skirt is gorgeous. NWT, but vintage. I've had it packed away. Creamy white with pink, blue, and green floral and sequins detail. Comes with extra sequins! Brand: Papillon, Los Angeles Size: XL but see waist measurement; runs small so l labeled it a size M. There is some stretch in the waist! Callouts: Some light spots (appears to be fingerprint dust from moving stages) here and there - examples captured in photos and examples in video. I do think these should wash out with first gentle wash or cleaning. One sequin on front is loose. And there are a few minor pulls on the skirt. None of these are very noticeable.
