Reposhing this item I purchased from @poshmamasf. GUC - wear and tear around hanger loops and inside of waistband. The burnout velvet is SO pretty, but this skirt is just not a great fit for me - the waistband is very tall, even for someone like me who does great with high rise pants. I think it would best fit someone who's at least 5'4. Waistband measures 13" at the top, 16.5" at the bottom. No stretch - zipper closure.
