Paper Boat, Fresh Off The Boat, Asian, Immigrant, Embroidered Snapback Hat The paper boat represents people who immigrated from another country to a new land to seek better opportunities. FOB (Fresh Off The Boat) was a derogatory word used to describe some of these people. We now use FOB to describe those who succeed despite of cultural differences. I embroider all the products on my page myself so my items are priced accordingly. The size is an adjustable snapback from 6 5/8" to 7 5/8".
