So yes you can wear underwear! 🤗 Measurements: Waist: 15 inch (bottom on cutout) Pit to pit: 16.5 inch Hips: 20.5 inch Inseam: 30.5 inch Length from front neckline: 50 inch Hope this hps you decide!
