randisellsstuff @kyjackson450 Hi! The pants are made of 100% cotton. They feel soft for the most part. I'm not really sure about stiff but they are not stretchy, not like something with a spandex mix, or a sweat pant material. So I's have to go with more stiff than stretchy. I hope this helps. I have a few other pants in this size - I'm open to a bundle!
