Panic at the Disco! Tee Custom Band Tee

The tie dye job on this is phenomenal. Size is a medium, but the dye makes it hard to see. There is a hole on the inside collar of the shirt. It cannot be seen on the back and does not affect the shirt at all, I just wanted to point it out. Measurements are provided From a smoke free home
