A cute 100% polyester knit, black and white bow print flared skirt. Made in Italy by Pangea. The skirt has a short hidden zipper at the left side, a belt loop on each side, and no waistband or lining. The skirt is not hemmed. It’s labeled size IT 42, approximately size US 6.
