Sleeping with Ruby Fuchsite. I have taken up the practice of holding a palm stone in my hand to help me get back to sleep. It seems the brain can settle and focus its restlessness when there is a simple subconscious and conscious task at hand. Thus, literally allowing both conscious and subconscious to align in this practice of holding a smooth cool palm stone while falling asleep. Ruby Fuchsite I have found, is particularly good as well as labradorite, rose quartz, sodalite and amethyst.
