Palm frond print chiffon skirt

Depending on your body shape, this falls between a mini or midi skirt. It's a roomy skirt that has a bright blue polyester lining. The wide elastic waistband makes for a nice color-blocking element. Had the skirt for a long time but only wore it a few times; no flaws EUC.
