Pale blue/black plaid miniskirt

Circa 1988 😮😳- flared miniskirt in pale blue/black plaid cotton. Wide elastic (5 inch) waistband, which has some wear at the top edge, but can probably be hidden with the top you wear it with (see photo). Tag says Just Knapp, size small. Waistband measures 11 inches across. From center front, skirt measures about 15 inches long... so 20 inches total length.
