Pale blue cocktail or wedding party dress

I wore this with a giant black belt around my waist. Slight run up middle, but isnt noticable once pressed. It did have a small white ribbon that ran around the middle, but I thought it looked dumb so I removed it. There are loose ribbon threads that I never snipped off for fear of nicking the dress, those threads aren't from the dress itself. No additional stains or rips. Will take to cleaners upon purchase since I have worn it once years ago, and it has just been crammed in my closet.
