Palazzo pants Fold over beautiful print

I got these from a chic little shop in Soho. I’m not sure what the size is but I provided the measurements and the pictures. Top folds over or you can wear them high waisted. I absolutely love the print of these I just don’t fit it them anymore if I would keep them.
