dritty @poshitnow waistband is stretchable and it is a true medium. I can measure for you but I'm actually Picking up new inventory so it's going to take about 1/2 hour .

dritty @poshitnow hi, so the small measures a 28 and keep in mind the elastic waist. The medium Is a 32 with elastic waist so you would have to decide which was in better for you, depending on body type, hips, etc.
