NWOT. Beautiful Paisley print with shades of blue, pink, tan, brown, and orange. Fitted through the hips and upper thigh, then they flow out from there. Billowy, wide-leg pants that flows like a maxi skirt when walking. Stretchy, smocked waistband 3/4 of the way around. Flat waistband on front with attached t belt that you can tie. Brand is unknown. Size L. Perfect condition, never been worn.
