NWOT - never wore this gorgeous top but took the tags off thinking I would! I'm very tall so this was cropped on me but may not be on someone shorter. This top has a smocked front and back bodice, and puffy sleeves that can be worn off shoulder or on, depending on your style. It is literally SO SOFT it almost feels like terry cloth/velour Runs slightly small
