Paisley Pink Bubble Dress NEW WITH TAGS!!!!!

This dress was bought back in 2011 to be my homecoming dress and I never got to wear it because my date got sick so I didn't go. lol It has been hanging in my closet in a dress bag ever since. Brand new with tags and never worn it is in perfect condition. Has a paisley lace design all over it. Strapless and has some stretch in the back. Measures 24 inches in length, 13 inches across the waist, and 15 inches across the bust not stretched. Size 1 in juniors. Has a black bow that ties in back.
