Paisley Denim Tube Skirt

With garment laying flat: waist measures 17in, but will stretch to about 19in, hip measures 20in, also has same stretch. Skirt is 21in long and tapers to 20in at the bottom hem. The belt loops were sewn through the tag, so size and care instructions are not readable; I washed in machine and used tumble dry, it came out fine. Logo faux leather belt loop style tag is somewhat faded. This is a very well made garment, last photo shows the inside, very nicely finished.
