Pair of vinyl black & blue mini boots/shoes Size 7

Brand new pair of vinyl shoes/short booties in black and blue. Great for outdoor work! Sole length is 10", toe area 3 1/2" and heel is 2 1/2". Said to be size 7 but they don't fit me. I normally wear a 6 to 6.5 and ordered up so thats why they don't fit me!!
