Pair Vintage Volkunst Wooden Band Boxes, Hand Painted German Folk Art, AS IS

Pair of sweetly painted wooden band boxes depicting a woman with a baby carriage, and two young children. Unmarked aside from some pencil numbers on the bottom, presumed German and vintage. Please pay close attention to ALL the photographs as they are part of the description and show the flaws in these two items that means they are being sold AS IS. The larger box is in better overall condition with some minor paint loss throughout, and a small split in the side band that could easily be glued. The smaller box has considerably more paint loss and some warping which may have resulted from being wet at some point in the past. Measurements in the photographs. Together they weigh 4 oz before packaging.
