Figure flattering dress. If you don’t have shape, this will give you one. If you do have shape, it’ll accentuate but in sophisticated way. I’m terrible at descriptions but I’d say the sleeves are like a half cap-sleeve. Fabric has some stretch. I do think a small could fit in this dress as well. Length is about 31.5”
