Unique hand painted floral mini dress/tunic. Floral design painted on American Apparel strappy navy mini dress/tunic. Perfect for your next beach vacation! Good gently worn condition. I'm 5'2" 107 lbs and it fits me like a mini dress but if much taller would fit more like a tunic. Runs small, I usually wear a 0 or XS. Requires handwashing or delicate cycle on cold (cannot put in dryer)
